Tesla Model X 5-Seater

Just went with friends to pick up their Model X 5-seater minivan, the first one the local store has delivered. If people are interested, I’ll do a quick writeup , meanwhile happy to answer questions.

I like the door handles much better on the Model X than on the Model S.

Nope! You’re apparently supposed to put a trailer hitch on and put racks on that.

If this one is any example, they haven’t figured out how to assemble the falcon doors correctly yet, much less put a rack up there.

No and no. Too many alternatives I’d prefer (like a Model S, for example) and there are too many things really unfinished on the X.

However, if I had a particular need for a minivan (kids getting in and out, or someone with a disability for whom it was hard to get in and out of a regular car) then I’d consider one.
